OUR CLASSES
Kick Boxing is a 45 minute class that begins at 12:15 PM on Tuesday's and Thursday's in Core's amazing classroom. Instructed by Pete this class takes the best from Boxing and Kickboxing to help you get a "HIT" type workout designed to help jump start your metabolism to help firm and tighten your body!
Zumba Tuesdays at 5:30 PM and Wednesday at Noon.

The Digital Pulse Analyzer measures and Analyze pulse waveforms and heart rate providing information regarding changes in arterial blood volume and vascular resistance of heart and your body. With this information you will be able evaluate your situation and relieve or normalize your condition.

Looking for a way to help your child develop more self discipline or release some of their excess energy? Kids Kickboxing is the way to do it. 1 hour of self defense training to help your child gain self confidence and body awareness!
Yoga has many benefits for your health. Not only will you become more flexible and strong, but yoga practitioners tend to experience better moods and have less overall physical pain issues. Used by may for stress relief, Yoga is a great way to have a low impact workout with the high benefits of exercise. On Tuesdays at 6:30 PM and Thursdays at 5:30 PM

Our women's only area was designed with this in mind, a 30 minute circuit training workout that will give you a full body workout. Open at 6:30 am Monday to Friday and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays we are sure you can find the time to in your busy schedule!
