Whether you want to take a relaxing sauna, get a massage, just get a good cardio or weight workout in, or try one of our 32+ classes* offered every month you will "get more with Core"!
We are pleased to say that we have introduced a women's only area at CORE FITNESS. This area is designed around the idea that many women find it hard to have enough time to get a good workout in. With this 30 minute circuit training workout you can be in and out the door in time to take on the rest of your day. Open Monday to Friday at 6:30am and closing at 8:30pm, Saturday from 10am to 2pm you are sure to be able to find the time to get a meaningful workout in. All women members are able to use all of the facilities features, not just the women's only area!

Our helpful and friendly staff will uncover the athlete within, and shed light on the physical and emotional benefits associated with physical activity. With a main objective to encouragingly guide our members towards their personal goals, clients will experience phenomenal physical results in an environment where dignity and respect is always present.
